MILWAUKEE, Wis. – In case you missed it, the Republican Party of Wisconsin (RPW) hosted the grand opening of its Hispanic Outreach Office with RPW Chairman Brian Schimming, State Representative Jessie Rodriguez, and Chairman of the Republican Party of Milwaukee County Hilario Deleon on Saturday morning in Milwaukee.
Volunteers and attendees arrived early on Saturday morning to celebrate the opening and welcome in local residents. “It’s wonderful that we have the location here on the true Southside of Milwaukee—a key area that Republicans have to reach out to,” Chairman Deleon said. “Latino Americans are hurting because of the Biden-Harris Administration. So as long as we continue to reach out to them and have a listening ear, this office will become a hub for resources and education on policies that will help the American people.”
State Representative Jessie Rodriguez concurred with Chairman Deleon’s emphasis on the Biden-Harris Administration’s shortcomings on inflation and the economy. “There are a lot of families I am talking to as I go around knocking doors and I talk to them,” Representative Rodriguez said. “They are telling me, ‘You know what, my money just does not stretch as much as it used to.’ And so what can we do? In this last budget cycle, what we did is try to provide more relief to Wisconsinites.”
The new Hispanic office marks the second such office the Republican Party of Wisconsin has opened in Milwaukee for minority outreach. Chairman Schimming highlighted the progress Wisconsin Republicans have made with making inroads in Milwaukee while also underlining the need for further action. “This is what Republicans should be doing. We should have outreach to the Hispanic community and to other communities across the state, not just here in Milwaukee,” Chairman Schimming said. “What happens in this room today is just the start.”
Bottom Line: With the election less than 100 days away, Wisconsin Republicans energized and ready to build new bridges to every American left behind by the failed agenda of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.
