In a 5-4 decision today, the Supreme Court ruled that President Joe Biden has the authority to repeal the Trump administration’s “Remain in Mexico” policy, which has been used to limit the flow of migrants and drugs across the porous southern border. This would only make the crisis on the border even worse for our border security, law enforcement, and communities.
In a sad example of the real human cost of the Biden border crisis, early this week more than 50 migrants were found dead in a sweltering tractor-trailer in Southwest San Antonio as they were being smuggled across the border into the U.S. This horrific tragedy comes while a record amount of illegal border crossings are surging on the Southern border along with fentanyl, methamphetamine, criminals, and terrorists pouring into our communities.
